WOODEN DOME STRUCTURE AND CONNECTIONS:

Domes are built using the highly intricate “GOOD KARMA” method, where the wood is precisely cut to fit together without any special additional metal connectors. This results in a clean, sleek, innovative, and aesthetically pleasing finish. Manufacturing such structures takes significantly longer and requires much greater precision, care, and material usage.

FOR THOSE WHO ENJOY DIY CONSTRUCTION

We can produce a frame for domes ranging from 5.6 to 10 meters in diameter for self-assembly. The kit includes pre-cut wooden elements and assembly instructions. The components are very compact and can even be transported in a passenger car.

Metal Domes

ADVANTAGES OF METAL DOMES

Metal domes are most commonly used when the dome diameter is 10 meters or more, where large space and strong structure are required. They are easy to assemble and disassemble, making them suitable for temporary events as mobile structures. Compared to wooden domes, they require much less maintenance. Durable and robust.

The dome will be primed and coated using hot powder coating, giving it a much more refined and solid look compared to standard galvanized or aluminum structural pipes. The dome’s doors and windows are now produced as fixed-frame elements, rather than zippered or Velcro-attached ones used by most other manufacturers.

Dome Heating and Cooling

IMPORTANT! SUN COVERS, HEATING & COOLING SYSTEMS

We want to debunk a common myth: “It’s like a greenhouse in summer, and freezing cold in winter.”

Tent-covered, glass, or solid polycarbonate domes will never reach the insulation levels of residential homes. Despite some manufacturers offering expensive thermal insulation options such as double-layer covers or insulated flooring, such domes will still not match the thermal resistance of a house—even if you invest thousands of euros.

We recommend not spending money on insulation layers or heated flooring. The best solution is to invest in an efficient, instant heating-cooling system, such as a stove or a heat pump, which can act quickly and effectively whenever needed.

Our company installs high-quality ground-standing heat pumps. Since the internal volume of a dome is approximately 40% smaller than that of traditional square rooms, air circulates in a loop, requiring less energy for heating or cooling and distributing temperature evenly and quickly inside the dome.

Benefits:

  • The dome will have single-layer cover, significantly reducing condensation compared to multi-layer domes.
  • The cover is easy to clean from both sides.
  • The dome will feel brighter and more spacious.
  • You’ll save money by avoiding inefficient heating systems.

Most domes are used not for permanent living but for temporary shelter, relaxation, and protection from wind, rain, snow, or bad weather.

To keep the dome cool in summer, the key is to create shade that protects the interior from direct sunlight and install large windows for ventilation. No cooling system will help if the inside is exposed to direct sun. We manufacture combined covers and special inner linings that shield the dome from direct sunlight. They are easy to attach and remove using special clips.
They are used during summer and removed when the weather cools down—allowing you to enjoy a fully transparent dome and the sun’s warmth even in winter without extra heating when the sun is shining.

Terrace Flooring

Terrace floors are installed using a modern method: galvanized metal piles are screwed into the ground, beams are attached to them, and then covered with terrace boards.

Your land will not be drilled like with concrete piling, and the terrace can be disassembled and reinstalled elsewhere if needed.

Ideal for use in areas where concreting, digging, or otherwise disturbing the ground surface is not permitted.

The price is indicated in the calculator.

For an additional fee, we can install flooring made of thermowood or PVC.

Dome Price Calculator (Excluding VAT)

Kupolo skersmuo matuojamas išorinėje kupolo dalyje plačiausioje vietoje. Kainos nurodytos kupolams iš medienos. Bekarkasių kupolų iš monolitinio polikarbonato kainų teirautis kontaktuose nurodytu telefonu. Kupolo transportavimas už Kauno rajono ribų (1,5 EUR/km) ir darbuotojų apgyvendinimas, jei atstumas didesnis nei 200 km, į kainą neįskaičiuotas.

Kupolo karkasas pagamintas iš cinkuoto metalo. Rekomenduojame dažyti konstrukciją karštu milteliniu būdu jūsų pageidaujama spalva, nes taip kupolas bus gražesnis ir ilgaamžiškesnis. Tokiu atveju kaina padidės 15%. PVC danga 500-680 mikronų storio su UV apsauga. Langai ir durys montuojami stacionarūs, o ne užtraukiami su užtrauktukais (papildoma kaina).

Montuojamas ant bet kokio lygaus pagrindo (terasa, trinkelės, betonas ir tt.). Itin tvirtas, atlaiko sniego, vėjo apkrovas. Turi UV apsaugą, nebijo smūgių (200 kartų atsparesnis nei stiklas). Montavimo trukmė 1-2 dienos.

Durys su rankena ir užraktu. Angos durims matmenys: 100 cm x 200 cm.

Rekomenduojami 2 langai (įskaičiuoti į kupolo kainą), jei kupolo skersmuo yra iki 7 metrų. Jei kupolas didesnis, rekomenduojama rinktis 4 langus.

Kombinuotas tentas. Tonuotas dalinai (60/40%) tentas rekomenduojamas, kai norima, kad vasarą kupole būtų pavėsis. Trūkumas: likusiais ne vasaros mėnesiais prarandama saulės šiluma.

Reikalingas, jei kupolas montuojamas ant pievos, betono arba trinkelių. Montuojant ant terasos - nereikalingas.

Kvadratinės formos terasos komplektacija: susukami cinkuoto metalo poliai, impregnuotos gegnės (dvejos eilės), vakuminiu būdu impregnuotos pušinės teraslentės, 160 mikronų storio geotekstilė, šonas dengiamas dvejomis terasinėmis lentomis (12 cm). Termomedienos teraslenčių kaina 10 EUR didesnė, skaičiuojant kvadratinį metrą grindų ploto. Jei reljefo nuokrypis didesnis nei 20 cm, nuolydžio kaina skaičiuojama kaip terasos papildomas plotas. Dangos transportavimas už Kauno rajono ribų 1,5 EUR/km, papildomai kainuoja darbuotojų apgyvendinimas, jei atstumas didesnis nei 200 km.

Pastatoma ant grindų, šildo iki -15°C lauko temperatūros, vėsina iki +35°C lauko temperatūros. Kupolui iki 6 metrų skersmens užtenka vienfazio elektros įvado, didesniems kupolams reikalingas trifazis elektros įvadas.

Gravitacinė ventiliacija rekomenduojama visuose GRAVITY kupoluose. Mediniams ir metaliniams kupolams ji rekomenduojama, jei kupolo skersmuo yra 9 metrai ar didesnis. Mažesnio skersmens kupoluose gravitacinė ventiliacija reikalinga tik tuo atveju, jei kupolo viduje planuojama didelė drėgmė, pavyzdžiui, baseinas ar kubilas su vandeniu.

Dome Price Calculator (EXCL. VAT)

The dome diameter is measured at its widest external point. Prices are for wooden domes. For prices of frameless domes made of solid polycarbonate, please inquire via contact phone. Dome transportation outside Kaunas district (1.5 EUR/km) and worker accommodation (if distance exceeds 200 km) are not included in the price.

The dome frame is made of galvanized metal. We recommend painting the structure using hot powder coating in your preferred color for improved aesthetics and longevity. This increases the price by 15%. PVC cover with UV protection, thickness 500–680 microns. Windows and doors are installed as fixed frames, not with zippers (additional cost).

Can be installed on any flat base (terrace, paving, concrete, etc.). Extremely strong, withstands snow and wind loads. UV-protected, 200x stronger than glass. Assembly time: 1–2 days.

Doors come with handle and lock. Opening dimensions: 100 cm x 200 cm.

2 windows are recommended (included in dome price) for domes up to 7 m in diameter. For larger domes, 4 windows are recommended.

Combined tent, partially tinted (60/40%). Recommended for summer shade. Downside: reduced solar heat during other seasons.

Required when the dome is installed on grass, concrete, or paving. Not required for terrace installations.

Square terrace set includes: galvanized metal piles, double row of treated joists, vacuum-impregnated pine terrace boards, 160-micron geotextile, double board edge cladding. Thermowood boards cost +10 €/m2. If slope exceeds 20 cm, additional cost is calculated as added terrace area. Transportation outside Kaunas district is 1.5 EUR/km; accommodation for workers is extra if distance exceeds 200 km.

Placed on the floor. Heats up to -15°C outside, cools up to +35°C. For domes up to 6 m, single-phase power is sufficient; for larger domes, three-phase is required.

Gravity ventilation is recommended for all GRAVITY domes. For wooden/metal domes, it's recommended if diameter is 9 m or more. For smaller domes, it’s needed only in cases of high indoor humidity (e.g., pool, hot tub).

Średnica kopuły mierzona jest w najszerszym miejscu zewnętrznej części. Podane ceny dotyczą kopuł drewnianych. W sprawie cen kopuł z monolitycznego poliwęglanu prosimy o kontakt telefoniczny. Transport kopuły poza rejon Kowna (1,5 EUR/km) oraz zakwaterowanie pracowników (jeśli odległość > 200 km) nie jest wliczone w cenę.

Konstrukcja wykonana z ocynkowanego metalu. Zalecamy malowanie proszkowe (dopłata 15%). Pokrycie PVC 500–680 mikronów z ochroną UV. Okna i drzwi montowane jako stałe ramy (nie na zamki błyskawiczne – dodatkowy koszt).

Montowana na dowolnym płaskim podłożu (taras, beton itp.). Bardzo wytrzymała, odporna na wiatr i śnieg. Odporna na uderzenia (200x mocniejsza niż szkło), z ochroną UV. Montaż: 1–2 dni.

Przyciemniane (60/40%) dla cienia latem. Wadą jest utrata ciepła poza sezonem.

Potrzebne przy montażu na trawie, betonie lub kostce. Niepotrzebne na tarasie.

Kwadratowe tarasy: ocynkowane śruby, podwójne belki, deski sosnowe impregnowane, geowłóknina, osłona boczna. Termodrewno +10€/m². Jeśli różnica terenu >20 cm – dodatkowy koszt. Transport poza Kownem: 1,5 €/km + zakwaterowanie.

Kupola diametrs tiek mērīts ārpusē platākajā vietā. Norādītās cenas attiecas uz koka kupoliem. Bezrāmju kupolu cenas no monolītā polikarbonāta – jautājiet pa tālruni sadaļā “Kontakti”. Transportēšana ārpus Kauņas rajona (1,5 EUR/km) un darbinieku izmitināšana (ja attālums pārsniedz 200 km) nav iekļauti cenā.

Rāmis izgatavots no cinkota metāla. Ieteicams krāsot konstrukciju ar karstās pulverkrāsas metodi izvēlētajā krāsā, lai padarītu kupolu estētiskāku un izturīgāku. Šādā gadījumā cena pieaug par 15%. Nepieciešams, ja uzstāda uz zāliena, betona vai bruģa. Uz terases – nav nepieciešams.
